You have a choice and a voice
Silence is often seen as agreement.
According to experts, silence means one of two things; we’re angry or we’re accepting of the situation and behavior.
If you have been hurt, wounded, soul scared, I know the tendency is to become silent. Perhaps, speaking up is what led to your pain in the first place.
You don’t need to remain a voiceless victim.
There is hope. There is support. You have a way out. You and your voice matter.
Will you choose to remain trapped in your pain. OR, will you choose to seek support in order to speak up and speak out?
It’s truly up to you. You are strong and you can live free!
